Tess is Olivia's best friend and occasional rival.
History

Season 1Edit
Tess is Olivia's best friend.
She tells Dillion to drive slow to make sure Olivia doesn't get bugs in her teeth during the parade.
At the parade she is in the car behind Olivia and when someone dumps the drink on her she jumps out of her car in shock.
She is with Olivia when it's time to take her pictures. When Tess goes to tell the camera man it's ready Springer calls and Olivia sees and leaves.
Olivia later gives Tess her crown.
Tess is paired with Luke in a play.
When they're practicing their lines she kisses him to prepare for the role and he kisses her back.
He later tells Remy he felt a connection meaning she could be his new possible love interest.

- Tess is slightly similar to Mona Vanderwaal, as both are best friends to a protagonist (Olivia/Hanna), both rival their friends for the Queen Bee role and are more antagonistic than their best friend, both end up having some connection what's going on.
